By accessing or using the website of the American Academy of Peptide Medicine ("AAPM"), including registering for PepMed 2026, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
Registration for PepMed 2026 is subject to availability and confirmation. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. AAPM reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations at its discretion.
All registration fees are due at the time of registration. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Registration fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another attendee by contacting conference@pepmed.org at least 14 days prior to the event.
AAPM reserves the right to modify the event program, speakers, schedule, or venue. In the unlikely event of cancellation, registered attendees will receive a full refund of registration fees. AAPM is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs.
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. AAPM reserves the right to remove any attendee who engages in disruptive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior without refund.
All content presented at PepMed 2026, including presentations, materials, and recordings, is the intellectual property of AAPM and/or the respective speakers. Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
AAPM may photograph or record portions of the event for promotional and educational purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in such materials.
AAPM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the event or use of this website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of your registration fee.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
